WaPo diva reporter has lost ‘The View’ over ongoing tantrum, ‘Twitter is not the real world’

After host Whoopi Goldberg recounted the WaPo’s internal Twitter war, saying that “it’s very detailed and I’ve lost the whole trail a little while ago,” she opened the floor to discussion of Sonmez’s feud with her co-workers.

Guest host Lindsey Granger cast the first stone at Sonmez, saying, “I mean both of these people are political reporters for the Washington Post, a very esteemed organization and as somebody who is a trained journalist, this always falls on me, it gets lost on me that people insert themselves, make themselves the story when that’s the number one thing you’re taught not to do,”

“Felicia also is really living in a glass house that tweeted immediately when Kobe Bryant died that he’s a rapist or something along those lines,” she said, “I don’t want to misquote her and there was a big story about that and you’re taking the organization, something that they were handling internally,” noting the distrust against the paper over its negative product during the Trump years and suggesting that Sonmez’s Twitter whining isn’t helping its image.
