Former President Trump called the vicious hammer attack against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, “a terrible thing” on Friday and then took direct aim at the skyrocketing crime prevalent in “Democrat-run cities.”
The attack took place at the Pelosi home in San Francisco. The suspect was arrested after allegedly taking a hammer to Paul Pelosi who had to have surgery for a fractured skill. He’s expected to make a full recovery.
“With Paul Pelosi, that’s a terrible thing, and with all of them, that’s a terrible thing,” Trump commented during an interview with the conservative Spanish-language network Americano Media.
