The Process of Load Testing Services

Any lifting equipment that has been installed recently or has been in operation for a long time should undergo load test inspection.  In this process, a thorough and convincing inspection is conducted both before and after a load test to reveal functional defects. This examination covers the crane’s rope and welds, as well as the deflection of the bridge. The load limits for the crane must be set in order to prevent overloading because, over time, they may become out of calibration due to misuse or improper hoist installation.
