South Dakota Senate Bill Supporting Gun Industry Up For Hearing Tuesday – The Lid

The South Dakota state Senate Commerce Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on a bill that would prohibit state agencies or officials from entering into a contract with any bank that discriminates against people engaged in the lawful commerce of firearms and/or ammunition.  Putting pressure on banks not to work with companies in the firearms industry is a common tactic of the anti Second Amendment groups.
