PayPal has, it would appear, quietly reinstated its controversial $2,500 fine for anyone caught spreading allegedly “false, inaccurate or misleading information.”

Available for review here, PayPal’s policy statement clearly lists providing “false, inaccurate or misleading information” as a “restricted activity.”
