Our thinking has become futile because we have exchanged God’s truth for a lie. That only leads to destruction. If we have established false premises about the very nature of humanity and existence, then the conclusions that follow those premises are manifold and have a wide-ranging impact. What we thought was merely an issue about what people do in their bedrooms has now become the very foundation of what constitutes society, the family, the relationship between parents and children, and the identity of the self.
