NY Supreme Court Reinstated Unvaxxed Workers, Cited Vax's Ineffectiveness

In a big win for justice, the New York Supreme Court ruled yesterday to reinstate workers fired for refusing the deadly Covid-19 vaccines and to award them backpay. The court specifically cited the ineffectiveness of the vaccines. As I wrote yesterday for PJ Media:

“In an unexpected win for medical liberty, the New York Supreme Court just ruled to reinstate workers whom the state fired for refusing COVID-19 vaccines, according to Fox News. The court further ordered that the workers receive back pay.

According to a screenshot of the ruling shared by attorney Marina Medvin on Twitter, the New York Supreme Court said that ‘being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.’”

It’s particularly significant as it comes soon after Pfizer executive Janine Small admitted to the European Parliament with a laugh that her company did not test if its Covid vaccine stopped transmission of the virus before the vaccine was put on the market.
