Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich on Monday condemned the “crazy,” “corrupt,” and “anti-Republican” top leadership of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, accusations which, in part, appear to be a byproduct of the Igor Danchenko trial.
He also suggested that the federal law enforcement agency could be decentralized into smaller entities and implied that the incoming GOP-controlled Congress needs to metaphorically operate like the new sheriff in town.
