Incoming House Oversight Committee chair James Comer, a Republican, revealed this week that he will subpoena President Joe Biden’s crack-smoking son, Hunter, but not the president himself once the GOP officially retakes control of the House in January.
He made the surprising admission Friday after being asked by CNN’s Pamela Brown whether there are any ongoing discussions “to eventually subpoena Joe Biden and or his son, Hunter Biden?”
Comer replied that he doesn’t plan to subpoena the president. But, he continued, he does plan to subpoena Hunter.
