Don't Walk Alone

I  used to write a political blog and I was shocked at the response of conservatives professing faith yet became upset when my posts were intermingled with God, Jesus, and scripture.  Our nation was founded on the Bible, though has strayed much in the last 400 years. You cannot have a moral nation or democracy without God.  That is what this blog will be about, God, Jesus, His Word, the Bible,  and my thoughts throughout.  In one breath people are saying they believe in God and Jesus but that is private and should not be spoken about.  Well, I do not adhere to that belief. The Word of God is freely given and shared.  It is our responsibility to share it to the best of our knowledge, not to make others believe it – that is their responsibility.  On that note, I was called a zealot due to my Christian beliefs and warned that if I wanted comments on my blog I had better watch my tone.   No one will tell me to ever stop speaking the Word of God in season or out of season.  That is my right …
