Concrete Barriers Are Going Up Around The White House And Here's The Reason Why (Photos&Video)

Videos emerged on YouTube and Twitter of a mysterious concrete wall built around the White House. One YouTube channel called Penguinsix P6 shared a Livestream video called ‘’New White House construction underway as diggers arrive.’’ There you can see a digger moving white concrete barriers around the WH’s lawn. No one knows what they are put for. However, Andrew Layden, the videographer who filmed this construction, thinks that it is for the white house’s fountain repairmen, although it is weird that the walls would be needed to maintain the water fountain.
