In the wake of news that Delaware investigators are referring Hunter Biden’s case for prosecution on a slew of charges — including the felony crime of lying on a federal gun buying form — Cuomo declared on his Tuesday podcast that lying on such a form was no big whoop because, he argued, everyone does it.
