The older I get, the more quickly time seems to pass by. I was once twenty-years old and serving my country proudly in the US Army. Then I was twenty-seven years old, married and rearing a family of four children. Now, in the twinkling of an eye, I am retired from my forty-five year career and able to devote my full time and attention to ministry. How did that happen? Work, marriage, children, activities and the daily chores of life have a way of hiding the fact that time is slipping by.
