Biden Attacks Voters In Speech (Hitler Voice)

I created a video from Biden’s speech. I increased the speed, dubbed a clip from a Hitler speech to replace his, and added some menacing music in the background. Thanks to the red background they used, I already had a menacing clip to begin with. Thus editing the rest was a piece of cake.
