State attorneys general have served subpoenas to current and former Biden administration officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci and Nina Jankowicz.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry sent the subpoenas and discovery requests as part of an ongoing lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of colluding with Big Tech to censor free speech.
