Any headphones to prevent ear pain while editing video?

Hi. Sometimes I will be editing video for hours. It hurts my ears. My ears are larger sticking out type ears. Is there an earbud type (preferably wired) that will work well for video editing?

Or any tips to use the traditional headphones and make them hurt less?
