"Alexa, Define Economic Recession"

Alexa seems to be rather shy about defining a recession. If you ask her to define “recession,” she will give you a definition for the act of receding. And when you narrow the question down to asking her to define “economic recession,” Alexa takes refuge by citing the highly biased Wikipedia definition of recession which notably leaves out a certain definition which has been generally accepted…until now.
