The historicity of Christ's resurrection

The resurrection of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is not only biblically accurate, but it is also historically accurate as well. According to Bruce Shelley, “Christianity is the only major religion to have as its central event the humiliation of its God.” While the crucifixion of Christ is important to Christianity, the resurrection is far more important because the resurrection of Christ is the linchpin on which all of Christianity lies.
