Christoper Wray Seems Oddly Joyful over FBI 1/6 "Unpreparedness"

Watch FBI Cristopher Wray answering questions from Senator Amy Klobuchar about the Capitol breach on January 6. When she points out how unprepared the FBI seemed to be despite the fact that all you had to be was a sentient being to know there would be problems there that day, Wray seems very oddly satisfied to the point of appearing to be almost giddy. A very strange reaction  especially when compared the his extremely defensive attitude when he was questioned about FISA abuses by the FBI.
