Student goes into ‘Peter Doocy mode,’ corners Psaki with her own words

Jen Psaki may have left the building but the former White House press secretary just keeps on twisting the truth into knots as she did when faced with a question from a first-year college student who she answered with a generous helping of dishonesty and condescending snark.

During the Q & A portion of Psaki’s appearance at the Institute of Politics at the University of Chicago, the young man confronted her by asking about remarks that she had made about the mob protests that have taken place at the homes of Supreme Court Justices by angry activists who have been encouraged by the White House, including the ex-spox herself.

With students being given the opportunity to put their questions to Psaki, the young man who identified himself as Daniel Schmidt said that “I’m going to pull a little bit of a Peter Doocy mode right here,” a reference to the bulldog Fox News reporter who made her life miserable on her old job.
