The recently-passed Fetal Life Protection Act went into effect in New Hampshire on New Year’s Day. The FPLA restricts abortion after 24 weeks, which means the mother has been carrying the baby for six months and the baby is only a few months from being born. The law has an exception for the protection of the life and health of the mother. Planned Parenthood and the other abortion supporters have been going berserk over this modest abortion restriction.
